Stream Rituals legal

Terms of Service

Effective May 29, 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Stream Rituals as a creator, operator, viewer-facing workspace owner, or integration user.

01

Using Stream Rituals

These Terms of Service govern access to Stream Rituals websites, creator dashboard, overlay builders, alert tools, widgets, browser-source runtimes, account pages, APIs, and related services. By using Stream Rituals, you agree to these terms and to any posted product-specific rules that apply to the feature you use.

You may use Stream Rituals only if you can form a binding agreement and may lawfully use creator, streaming, and online account services in your location. If you use Stream Rituals for a business, channel, agency, team, or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

02

Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account, workspace, OAuth token, overlay URL, or browser-source link has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to operate a workspace. We may suspend or limit access when we reasonably believe an account is being misused, creates risk for creators or viewers, violates these terms, or could harm Stream Rituals or third-party platforms.

03

Creator Tools and Integrations

Stream Rituals helps creators configure overlays, alerts, supporter moments, chat and event views, rewards, stream screens, go-live checklists, and OBS-ready browser sources. The service may connect to third-party platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Rumble, payment providers, analytics providers, or other channel services through OAuth, API keys, URLs, webhooks, or configuration fields.

Third-party platforms are not controlled by Stream Rituals. Their availability, rules, APIs, fees, rate limits, review requirements, branding policies, and account decisions remain their responsibility. You must follow the terms of each platform you connect, and you should test overlays and alert flows before relying on them during a live broadcast.

04

Your Content and Assets

You keep ownership of channel names, logos, uploaded media, generated or customized overlay assets, alert copy, chat configurations, scenes, presets, and other content you provide or create through Stream Rituals. You grant Stream Rituals a limited license to host, process, display, transform, cache, transmit, and back up that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload, generate, import, publish, or display on stream. Do not use Stream Rituals to copy protected material, misuse another creator's brand, violate publicity or privacy rights, or create content that a connected platform would prohibit.

05

Generated and Custom Materials

Stream Rituals may provide templates, presets, animation concepts, generated media, configuration suggestions, and other creative materials. We grant you a non-exclusive right to use Stream Rituals-provided materials with your streams and related channel promotion, subject to these terms and any plan limits or feature rules shown in the product.

Generated outputs and templates can require review. You are responsible for checking that assets are suitable for your channel, do not infringe third-party rights, and comply with platform policies, advertising rules, sponsorship obligations, and community standards before publishing or broadcasting them.

06

Acceptable Use

You may not use Stream Rituals to break the law, harass or exploit people, distribute malware, evade platform enforcement, scrape or overload systems, probe security controls, impersonate others, sell access without authorization, manipulate metrics, or run deceptive, hateful, violent, sexual, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful experiences.

You may not reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, remove proprietary notices, bypass usage limits, share private overlay URLs in a way that compromises a workspace, or use Stream Rituals in a way that disrupts streams, viewers, third-party platforms, or other customers.

07

Payments, Plans, and Changes

If paid features are offered, pricing, billing periods, included usage, cancellation options, and taxes will be shown at purchase or in account settings. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are charged by the payment provider and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Stream Rituals.

We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features, integrations, plans, templates, or beta tools. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but creator tools depend on fast-changing third-party APIs, browser behavior, platform policies, and live-streaming workflows.

08

Stream Rituals Intellectual Property

Stream Rituals owns the service, software, user interface, documentation, site copy, trademarks, logos, product names, proprietary datasets, and other materials we provide, except for content owned by users or third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership of Stream Rituals intellectual property to you.

You may not use Stream Rituals branding, screenshots, templates, generated samples, or product materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, resale rights, or official platform status without written permission.

09

Disclaimers

Stream Rituals is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that overlays, widgets, alerts, OAuth connections, analytics, browser sources, generated assets, or integrations will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every streaming setup, or accepted by every third-party platform.

You are responsible for your broadcast, moderation choices, monetization decisions, sponsorship obligations, tax obligations, audience interactions, and compliance with platform rules. Stream Rituals is a production tool, not legal, financial, tax, moderation, or platform-compliance advice.

10

Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stream Rituals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, stream downtime, platform enforcement, or failed broadcasts arising from use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stream Rituals' total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Stream Rituals for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 USD if you did not pay for the service. You agree to defend and indemnify Stream Rituals from claims arising from your content, account activity, connected platforms, or violation of these terms.

11

Termination and Updates

You may stop using Stream Rituals at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that could harm creators, viewers, platforms, or Stream Rituals.

We may update these terms as the product, laws, or platform requirements change. When updates are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the site, dashboard, or account communications. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

12

Contact

Questions about these terms, permissions, account access, or legal requests can be sent through the support or contact method made available in the Stream Rituals dashboard or website. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant account, workspace, URL, asset, or integration.
