Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are provided by Fintrics Pty Ltd, an Australian company trading as Stream Rituals. They govern access to Stream Rituals websites, creator dashboard, overlay builders, alert tools, widgets, browser-source runtimes, account pages, APIs, and related services. By using Stream Rituals, you agree to these terms and to any posted product-specific rules that apply to the feature you use.

Stream Rituals is available only to people aged 13 or older. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms where required by applicable law. You may use Stream Rituals only if you may lawfully use creator, streaming, and online account services in your location. If you use Stream Rituals for a business, channel, agency, team, or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account, workspace, OAuth token, overlay URL, or browser-source link has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to operate a workspace. We may suspend or limit access when we reasonably believe an account is being misused, creates risk for creators or viewers, violates these terms, or could harm Stream Rituals or third-party platforms.

Stream Rituals helps creators configure overlays, alerts, supporter moments, chat and event views, rewards, stream screens, go-live checklists, OBS-ready browser sources, and creator-requested live-publishing destinations. The service may connect to third-party platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Rumble, payment providers, analytics providers, or other channel services through OAuth, API keys, URLs, webhooks, or configuration fields.

Third-party platforms are not controlled by Stream Rituals. Their availability, rules, APIs, fees, rate limits, review requirements, branding policies, and account decisions remain their responsibility. You must follow the terms of each platform you connect, and you should test overlays and alert flows before relying on them during a live broadcast.

When you connect or use YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Kick, Rumble, or another third-party service, your use remains subject to that service's applicable terms, developer rules, privacy settings, and account decisions.

By using Stream Rituals, including its YouTube-connected features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

You authorize Stream Rituals to request, receive, store, refresh, and revoke connection credentials and to process channel, broadcast, stream, or event information only as needed for the features you enable. When you choose to prepare or manage a live destination, you authorize Stream Rituals to create and bind the relevant broadcast and ingestion stream, apply the title, description, privacy and audience settings you select, check its status, and carry out the start, stop, transition, or completion actions you request.

Publishing credentials may be delivered to your paired OBS device so it can send video and audio directly to the connected platform. Stream Rituals does not ingest, relay, record, or store that broadcast media. You can disconnect a service, but doing so may stop dependent publishing, alerts, overlays, analytics, chat, or runtime features.

You keep ownership of channel names, logos, uploaded media, customized overlay assets, alert copy, chat configurations, scenes, presets, and other content you provide. You grant Stream Rituals a limited license to host, process, display, transform, cache, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and troubleshoot the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload, generate, import, publish, or display on stream. Do not use Stream Rituals to copy protected material, misuse another creator's brand, violate publicity or privacy rights, or create content that a connected platform would prohibit.

Stream Rituals may provide templates, presets, animation concepts, AI-assisted or otherwise generated media, configuration suggestions, and other creative materials prepared for the service. Subject to these terms and any limits shown for the relevant feature or plan, you may use those Stream Rituals-provided materials in your broadcasts and related channel promotion. This permission is non-exclusive, does not transfer ownership of Stream Rituals materials, and does not prevent us from providing the same or similar materials to others.

Generated material may not be unique, may resemble material available elsewhere, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. We do not promise that generated material is exclusive or free from all third-party rights. You are responsible for checking that an asset is suitable for your channel and complies with platform policies, advertising rules, sponsorship obligations, and community standards before publishing, broadcasting, or using it commercially.

If Stream Rituals later enables you to submit prompts, source images, or other material to generate an output, you must have the rights needed to submit those inputs. Additional feature notices may apply, including information about the provider, processing, retention, safety controls, and permitted use.

You may not use Stream Rituals to break the law, harass or exploit people, distribute malware, evade platform enforcement, scrape or overload systems, probe security controls, impersonate others, sell access without authorization, manipulate metrics, or run deceptive, hateful, violent, sexual, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful experiences.

You may not reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, remove proprietary notices, bypass usage limits, share private overlay URLs in a way that compromises a workspace, or use Stream Rituals in a way that disrupts streams, viewers, third-party platforms, or other customers.

You may not use a generated-content feature to create illegal material, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation or deepfakes, fraud, targeted harassment, malware, or content that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights. We may block requests or restrict generated material where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

If paid features are offered, the checkout or account settings will state the price, billing period, included usage, whether the subscription automatically renews, how to cancel, any trial conditions, applicable taxes, and the refund rules. No paid plan applies until you expressly agree to the purchase terms presented for it. Nothing in these terms excludes refund or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features, integrations, plans, templates, or beta tools. For a material change that adversely affects a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice where practical and explain any cancellation or refund option required by the purchase terms or applicable law. Urgent security, legal, or third-party platform changes may need to take effect immediately.

Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, early access, or similar may be incomplete, change without notice, contain defects, or be discontinued. They may not be suitable for production broadcasts or storage of information that cannot be replaced.

Any feature-specific limits or notices shown in the product form part of these terms for that feature. Test browser sources, platform connections, scenes, and live controls before relying on them during a broadcast.

Stream Rituals owns the service, software, user interface, documentation, site copy, trademarks, logos, product names, proprietary datasets, and other materials we provide, except for content owned by users or third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership of Stream Rituals intellectual property to you.

You may not use Stream Rituals branding, screenshots, templates, generated samples, or product materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, resale rights, or official platform status without written permission.

If you believe content available through Stream Rituals infringes your copyright or other rights, email [email protected] with details of the protected work, the material complained about, its location, your contact information, and the basis of your claim. Confirm that you genuinely believe the use is unauthorized and that you own the relevant rights or can act for the person who does.

A user affected by a removal may use the same address to provide a counter-notice with supporting information. Fintrics Pty Ltd may remove or restrict material while reviewing a complaint and may suspend repeat or serious infringers where appropriate.

Stream Rituals is supplied without a promise that every feature will always be available or free from defects. We do not guarantee that overlays, widgets, alerts, OAuth connections, analytics, browser sources, generated assets, or integrations will operate without interruption, suit every streaming setup, remain compatible with third-party platforms, or be accepted by those platforms.

You are responsible for your broadcast content; titles and descriptions; privacy, audience, and scheduling selections; confirming the correct destination; starting and stopping your encoder and broadcast; moderation choices; monetization decisions; sponsorship obligations; tax obligations; audience interactions; and compliance with platform rules. Stream Rituals is a production tool, not legal, financial, tax, moderation, or platform-compliance advice.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, Fintrics Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you began using the service. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited, the total liability of Fintrics Pty Ltd arising from the service during any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid for the service during that period and AUD 100.

You are responsible for a third-party claim against Fintrics Pty Ltd to the extent that the claim results from content you upload, publish, or broadcast infringing another person's rights; your unlawful use of the service; or your material breach of these terms.

Your responsibility is reduced to the extent that Fintrics Pty Ltd caused or contributed to the claim. We will give you reasonable notice of a covered claim and will not agree to a settlement that imposes a non-financial obligation on you without your consent.

You may stop using Stream Rituals at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create a genuine security or legal risk, fail to pay an agreed fee, or use the service in a way that causes or is likely to cause material harm. Where the issue can reasonably be corrected, we will ordinarily give notice and an opportunity to fix it. We may act immediately for fraud, serious abuse, security incidents, unlawful conduct, or urgent platform risk.

We may update these terms as the product, laws, or platform requirements change. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practical and state when the new terms apply. If a change materially disadvantages an existing paid customer, that customer may stop the affected renewal or service without a contractual penalty, subject to any non-excludable rights and the purchase terms. Using the service after the notified effective date indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these terms without permission; Stream Rituals may transfer these terms as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable feature-specific rules form the agreement for the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If the law where you live gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights continue to apply.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Fintrics Pty Ltd should first try to resolve the dispute in good faith by contacting [email protected] with enough information to understand the issue. The courts of Queensland, Australia will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service, but nothing in these terms requires you to bring a claim in Queensland where applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
