Result logic
1. Normalize chat events from connected platforms.
2. Parse the first token for a valid option number.
3. Count the latest valid message per viewer when identity is available.
4. Push the tally to the streamer desk and OBS overlay.
Demo simplification: every valid message is counted so the page can show the live interaction without backend persistence.
